interesting, and this is a Canadian supplier, that's kind of cool. How long have yo0u been running this kit? wondering about the lifespan of the ballasts, I haven't heard of this brand before.

According to a local store that uses these guys as a supplier, these are apparently the same ballasts in the ATI fixtures. I've only been running them as supplemental for a few months. If you want, just get the ballast itself without the kit and I have all these extra brand new standoffs and waterproof end caps and wire that are new that came with my kit that I never used because I just used some Hagen end caps I had lying around. I have 4 x 30" reflectors too. You can have all that for $15. Thanks for all the help Dez, but I live in Mission BC, so don't think it is worthwhile for you to ship that to me.

I was hoping to actually run 6 bulbs and keep my three ai sols running down the middle for shimmer effect. The order would be purple, blue, then white, then AI sol blue, then white again, blue, then purple to round out the color spectrum on the tank.

I'll have to decide soon here and pull the trigger!

I run almost the same. I run blue purple SOLs white blue

May have a 60" 8-bulb ATI Sunpower for sale, but shipping from Edmonton is going to be costly...
