Close up of my Mystic Monti. Glass could be cleaner at the bottom of the tank...
 Nice pics and thanks for sharing! Can you tell me where you got the Mystic encrusting monti? Is it DV's Tyree Mystic? Yours is so red while the one I have, also from DV, via MJC it is Pink.

He did so it is the same tyree mystic sunet. Mine always looked like what Dereks does too but the growth edges are always a bit lighter.
Maybe yours just needs to mature or its a matter of different tank conditions.
