![]() I've had a melanarus in a bare bottom tank for 2+ years now. Used to sleep in the sand but he has his favorite crevise now.
Always looking for bugs and not too expensive. One of the better AEFW wrasses. |

![]() Love that wrasse. And yes, a very very hard worker. Constantly picking things off rocks and corals (not polyps though). Mine hunts with my leopard wrasse. However, I would consider both the Melanurus and leopard wrasse beauty queens :-)

![]() I did find the melonarous a little more agressive toward other wrasses but in frag tank it'll be fine

![]() ya, my Mellonorous wrasse doesn't much like my Hawaiian flame wrasse but is fine with my leopard tagging along with him.
