What is the difference between a frag and a colony?!

I actually prefer frags over colonies anyday.It just seems that frags(at least sps) do better and live longer and grow into a colony.I really like watching a frag grow into something amazing.

Agreed. Almost everything in my tank came from a frag.

It easy to make a frag a colony, just take several frags of the same thing all glued together. Instant colony
