The egg casings are very dangerous to fish,so I would hatch them remotely and add them after they've been screened.

Never let hatching water contact tank water as brine shrimp cysts are known to harbour nasty bacteria.
I either sterilize or decapp my cysts before hatching, then grow them out for a day so they develop a digestive tract to be able to eat on the next day when I then enrich them for two 12 hour stages with new water and enrichment for each stage.
