Actually, Telus wont refund the charges. And when my friend complained, they told him to shove it (possibly a bit more politely tho
 I find it humourous that soon as telus implemented their anti-spam software for dsl, people starting getting spam UNLESS they had the telus anti spam software in place... Kinda fishy....
