How to build a 20 gallon stand ?

OK, it maybe a weird question but I need your help because I am a woman and this is my first build.
I want to build a stand for my 20 gallon refugium. I have got an idea how to make a simple stand from google it ... But one more thing I need to make sure that the new stand is not going to collapse in a few months later. Here are the questions, did you use glue to glue them together ? Did you nail or screw them together ?
