![]() But I assume water is inside the casing now which would be why it's spotty... well, I suppose it's worth letting it sit for a bit to see if it will dry out inside and then siliconing or epoxying over the nick. The alternative is a new motor block...

![]() try throwing the whole thing in a bucket of rice. Its a trick used to pull the water out of cellphones and other small electronics that works pretty well. May wanna do an RO rinse first so the salt doesnt cake into anything important.
