![]() i just got my UVL bulbs and they all but one had crushed ends
![]() now i gota return them and get new ones, this sucks. their packaging was great too, i dont see how it got crushed unless it was already crushed before it got to me. |

![]() Man they like toying with us with the package tracking. All of a sudden the two tracking numbers I have no longer show an actual estimated delivery date (just not there period). At least the packages are in Canada though, both of them, and show departure scans from about an hour ago so I'm clinging to optimism they might show up tomorrow.
Not pleased to hear about the broken lamps, that sucks dude, sorry to hear it. ![]()

inside out it was: bubble wrap original packing bubble wrap all 4 together tape the bubble wrap peanuts inside a hard cyclinder box peanuts outside box !!!!! basically i think it was broke before it even shipped. I got a feeling when they were putting on the bubble wrap they crushed them because i couldn't slide them out, i had to cut open the bubble. Anyways, they already sent me 3 more but they are on backorder which sucks. |
