![]() I wonder if this would be good for someone who only ran T5s and wanted to get that "shimmer" effect?
I've always thought of trying that to save electricity. I wonder if you would still see the shimmer in a 2 foot deep tank. |

![]() I am running one on my 27 Gal Seahorse tank. They aren't bright at all and a little too low on the colour spectrum for my liking. It does give a shimmer effect but like I said, very dull. I would wait for the Reef Capable, I have a feeling they're only going to be OK for softies and zoas etc. but they should be brighter and a little bluer.
