The frogspawn and torch are halfway to 3quarters of the way up. They are both in medium to low flow as well. Star polyps are half way to 1quarter of the way up and cany cane is right in the sand. There hasn't been any bad algea problems. There was a brown diatom bloom from overfeeding and a small green algea bloom from a window being open and direct sunlight hittin the tank.

Might be the tap water. I had a similar problem (my corals werent as healthy as i though they could be - almost no growth), until i switched to RO/Di water. Such a big difference. Everything looks a lot healthier.
