make sure you feed newly hatched bbs AND bbs that have consumed phyto (which usually means allowing them to live 24 hours after hatching and feeding them with phyto and THEN feeding them to your baby bangaiis).
Phyto provides a fatty acid that is required to eliminate sudden fright syndrome that is very common and fatal to baby bangaiis that are fed solely newly hatched bbs.
Good luck..... enjoy..... they are tons of work.

Ha, ha, I like the toothpick pin cushion coral thingy in a plastic cup providing them with a home! What are the toothpicks stuck into? Looks like a nice round wad of used chewing gum...
