![]() Been a Shaw internet customer for over 10 years and a phone user since it was launched here. Never had a single problem with either other than my internet being down MAYBE twice for a bit. Very happy customer.

![]() I have also been a happy Shaw customer for many years. I use their internet and phone service and have had very few problems. The main reason for using Shaw?....it's not Telus!

![]() We could be best friends. Have many lovely stories to share. I briefly tried out the Telus DSL and they couldn't even get a modem to me (they mailed it). I had to wait to get the one that was LOST to turn up before they'd help me out. Back to Shaw I went. Modem arrived WEEKS later. It's still in my closet!

![]() LOVE shaw! Best customer service by far. Unfortunately my cell is with Rogers...what a mistake that was. Its like night and day between the two when it comes to service. Rogers could care less and Shaw actually does seem to care or at least has trained their employees to be nice
