enough flow??

How miuch is to much though? Like will the fish suffer if there is to much flow?

Not that kind of flow. Maybe if you had 1500x turnover and your fish were all nano-sized. Having said that, I've seen tanks over 1500x turnover and the fish didn't suffer. If the fish want out of the flow, they can always find a more peaceful corner, but generally they prefer the higher flow.
