![]() Well I e-mailed permatex and this is what they said.
In response to your questions about epoxy being used in aquarium applications: * Once the epoxy is cured ... it will not outgas or give off any harmful materials. * However ... it has been my experience that epoxy ... when continually immersed in fresh and salt water aquariums does not always hold its bond. Need to know exactly what type materials you are bonding; e.g. plastic, metal, glass, etc ... to make a correct judgement for your particular application. I think I will give it a try. |
