I want to keep sps eventually so i want to start off with them. I am in the process of building a canopy for the tank with fans in it. So they do not have to look pretty . Any advice would be appreciated and if you know where i can get them that would be great.
Advice;
They will skyrocket the temperature in your tank
i ended up tanking mine off until i get my tank in the basement set up,
Have tons of ventilation, or a chiller.

An enclosed canopy works great with our west coast climate, I vent outside it with an inline fan on a 3 speed switch; low in winter high in summer. Keeps our house dry, and mold free. It might not be so great in your cold climate though. I have three 400W halides in Lumenmax reflectors hanging inside, and I made it through last summer with only fans for cooling.
