![]() My daughter was born in Aug and has had a 20 gal FW tank in her room since she was born. At 7 months old she will wake up and watch it for hours. The tank also helps with the humidity for the room, babys like it warm and moist. I have a hard time believing that anything would escape the tank, along with the evaporation so I don't know what the concern could be!

![]() The only concern I'd have is possible glare from lights. I didn't really notice this on my tank until one day when I knelt down beside my 2 year-old looking up at the tank. The glare from the T5s from this position was quite noticeable such that I almost had to squint. If you have MH the glare would even be worse. Take a look from where the baby's head would be in the crib towards the tank and see if the lighting is of any concern.
