Do cycle ur live rock ahead of time
Do make way more water than you think you'll need and have containers/tubs with heaters and flow that can sustain your live stock for a day or two while ur new tank stabilizes... May be better to drain all/most of the water in ur existing tank slide it out of its spot and refill it that way u have flow and lights to sustain ur live stock if the new tank has a mini cycle
Do take the time to clean ur existing live rock with a scrub brush.
Do get friends to help! (Do buy enough beer/pizza ... But not too much beer)
