If I may I'd like to refer you to the recent discussion at http://www.canreef.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=12148. Remember than Xanthidae is an entire family of crabs. See an excellent discussion at http://www.reefkeeping.com/issues/2003-12/rs/. The photo you posted resembles my "Garfield" crab closely. Hopefully you or someone else has a sump where he can live as mine was quite fascinating to watch.

I'm not sure I'd be so quick to say bristleworms are a problem, even when large. Many reefers have had relatively large bristleworms with no reason to believe they were a nuisance. Again though, if they worry you, perhaps relegate them to a sump or refugium.
