Lampshade is on a distinguished road

I have a kent scraper, and had the same thing, gave up on using it since it was such a pain and clipping corals. I got the mag float attachment that has a blade on there from JL and it works great. I did the font top and bottom that always got missed, then went on and cleared my whole back of the tank that was covered in coraline. Didn't take much at all.

Only downside is that with the stainless blades, they do as any stainless product can do, and rusts. I leave it in the tank permanently, and have used 5 blades in the one year so far from rusting. Not bad overall.
