Golf does not have to be expensive. I have been a volunteer at the Whistler Golf Course for over 8 seasons. Look at some of your local courses and see if they have or if you have the time to be a volly. Many courses offer such a program with a commitment of between 4-8 hrs per week, and includes free golf, discounted lessons, retail, etc.
I had my clubs made for me about 5 years ago and still going strong! Have a great time, and like Reef keeping, golf takes PATIENCE! Best, Rob
