People have said that Greyhound is very reliable... I have yet to buy corals online (or by phone or whatever), partially because of where I live. Air service here is through Bereskin Airlines, and perhaps Calm Air, so maybe Greyhound is a better option for me (or STC, since we get those buses also (gotta love border towns
