Depreciating value of LR

Hey guys, it's been a while since I've posted; great to see that you're all still into this hobby (with many newcomers too!)

After a couple years of being into this hobby, I've lost interest and can't manage to keep up with maintaining my tank. It's ridden with a some aiptasia and a buttload of GHA. I can clean and pull off as much GHA as I can, so that's not as big of a concern.

I want to sell all my livestock and rock, but my question is this:

How much is liverock's value affected when you sell it with aiptasia?
