Total Dynamic Head

Not sure exactly how much flow I am going to recieve outta this and wondering if someone could "decrypt" what this means please

If I use 3/4" id pvc, string it out approx. 3 ft up and into my tank, with a 100 gph pump, will that be enough to run my sump?
The return line is 62" and is going to be one similar to this.....
