metal halides

Haing trouble finding 400watt metal halides
I keep finding 250 watts
I was going to use Lumen ma but I don't know if they hae 400watt
Anyone know where I can find some ? Also do you think the pendants or a longer light would be a better choice for a 48" tank ?
