The port is good, you just did it the long way round, what you needed to do was find what port that the devise was sitting on and then match that to the profiLux. Next to the connection tab there are three small dots, if you click on this that takes you into the devise manager. This is one of the most common questions we get so dont worry, all part of the ProfiLux learning curve and why i am here (and others) to help out. The cards are installed so you dont have to fiddle around opening the box up as soon as you get it. Sort of a pre delivery set up service. You will also see the latest firmware has been uploaded also. When i get 5 minutes I will list on here the most common newbie FAQ's which should help out, especially with the run up to Christmas.
