Twin Spot gobies eat mainly sand bed fauna. As a result, you need a fairly large and active sandbed to keep them well fed. Unfortunately you won't be able to do that in a 12G JBJ.

I should also note that I don't think you should add a Coral Banded shrimp. As they get larger they will most likely go after your other shrimp (especially the smaller sexy shrimp) and your small fish.

I think a pair of Rainfordi or Hector gobies would look nice in that tank. Another thing to try is a pistol shrimp/goby pair or a yellow headed jawfish species tank.
