Thanks for the input everyone!

I tried "O&O Defrag" and man that took a rootin' tootin' long time...
(About 35 hours or so...

)
On the plus side it seemed to do a pretty good job considering it hadn't been done in a year or two. I think I will check out that DiskKeeper though.
