Looking through picture after picture after picture and I can find a million things that look like it but nothing that's exactly like it, IE all the mouths... so far I've narrowed it to possibly being a Halomitra meirerae but.... I'll keep looking

I can't get good pictures, My camera doesn't do the macro thing very well.

I'll just buy the coral and get some pictures that way...

I believe the coral may be a Halomitra meierae, not a great pic, all the white areas are mouths.

Any thoughts?

Hi Doug,

Did a quick search and came up with this site:

http://www.reeftalk.com/reviews/show...p?product=1105

looks pretty close to your picture. It could also be a Halomitra pileus, which is similar but has more mouths (according to the link above).

I wondered that as well but the pic of pileaus is very odd so I don't think it's that. http://whelk.aims.gov.au/coralsearch...0pages/855.htm You can veiw pileus by linking off of this pic.
