My contractor is suppose to be doing the Insulation/drywalling/sink installation this week, once that is done I will be able to continue with the build.

220g tank should be ready in about 2 weeks!

Oh wow. This will be one really neat setup. Great idea with the pipes behind the framing like that!

It will be a sort of 'entertainment room' so I wanted to keep it as quiet as possible.
