OK, Now I can see it.
I think I'll try some of the Aiptasia remover next time I put in an order to O/A. Lemon juice isn't doing the trick.

Or so you'd think.
Hey Delphinus,
The Aiptasia Destroyer has a shelf life about 30 days after mixed which gives you a 30 day window to rid your system of aiptasia. If the product is mixed and over 30 days old it will still work but you wont have quite the same punch as it does when first mixed.
Thanks for the question,
Brad

Yep, but I don't like the sandbed covered in stuff....that's why I have a big brain coral and will have some new acan colonies...but even they will not sit on the sand....I don't like a sandbed covered with corals, clams etc.....like a messy floor to me!

Nitrate Destroyer was designed to be used with Tailored Aquatics supplements, the Calcium Plus and dKH Plus both have Nitrate Destroyer in them as an ingredient to further reduce nitrates while maintaining your calcium and alkalinity and helping to create a nutirent poor environment. Although I do see in the photo on the first post a wide variety of other products being used.

Hey Brad,

I am just start using Tailored Aquatics Calcium Plus, dKH Plus and Magnesium for few days. My nitrate is around 20-25. Should I wait for a bit before I decide to use Nitrate Destroyer?

Glad to hear your giving them a try, I know you will be happy with the results. Monitor your levels (ca, mg, dkh) closely for the first little while as the products are very concentrated so as not to overdose. As for the Nitrate Destroyer, if you have nitrates and/or phosphates, theres no time like the present to start bringing them down and getting them under control. After they are low, dosing with the Calcium Plus and dKH Plus may be enough, depending on your bio-load, to keep your tank nutrient poor.
