![]() Well, I made a big mistake today. While cleaning a few maxijets, I decided to boil a few parts. Although I only boiled for a few minutes, the plastic warped. Now I have 3 working maxijets without a very important part. Here's a picture to illustrate the part I need.
![]() As you can see, it's very warped and no longer fits on. I tried looking at different websites for this part, but could not find it, and I do not want to spend 30$ each on new ones. I need one for a maxijet 1200, and two for maxijets 400. I will pay shipping if from another province.

![]() What if you heated it again, (not boiled) until it straightened and let it cool flat?

![]() You think it might work if I tried it in the oven? If so, what temperature do you think I should use?

![]() If I were you, before "rebuilding" this one, (excuse me) these three maxi jets, I'd watch the DIY maxijet video at this site first.
