![]() Well bought some EZ-Stone expoxy from the HD tonight, it says its foodsafe... and am trying the faux sandbed thing in a glass... i'll post pics later of how it turns out...

![]() There is also a two part high gloss clear epoxy in the craft section of Rona called Nu-Lustre 55 that works very well. I never did test it in the tank although some users of Reef Central have used it.

![]() ya this stuff is 2 part as well, says it does 30sq feet, but mixing it with sand i can see it doing more then a 90 gal tank..if that

![]() 30Sq. Feet would be the coverage with a very thin layer(like, less than 1/8th inch).
I used something called Envirotex-Lite from Home-Hardware. I recall one guy's tank broke because before the epoxy was fully cured(it was hard, but still generating some heat), he poured cold tap-water in for a water test and it cracked. Chris
