			 The algae looks like bryopsis as mentioned above.  There is a lengthy post in regard to it taking over tanks and treatment options.  IMHO I would discard the rock and pickup a new Piece of LR.  I have learned the hard way with a chunk of LR with aptasia.  You will end up spending a lot of time and money trying to remove bryopsis. 			 I would scrape the algae off of any snails, you don't want that possible bryopsis in your tank at all. 
		
	
		
		
		
		
			
		
		
		
		
		
			Those small snails I don't know what they are. I had a bunch on some live rock I bought but bleached it so there gone. Some sort lf limpet snail I'm super OCD with putting anything unknown in my tank I go over everything with dental tools and flashlight, replug any frags and don't add any rocks to my tank.
