what is this algae and snail's on snails ?

Should I get rid of them ? Is it bad or good ?

Some sort lf limpet snail I'm super OCD with putting anything unknown in my tank I go over everything with dental tools and flashlight, replug any frags and don't add any rocks to my tank. Bleach, peroxide, coral dip, iodine, dettol are my friends. |
The snails on on snail been for over 3 months and same thing with algae but it hasn't spread anywhere else

The algae looks like bryopsis as mentioned above. There is a lengthy post in regard to it taking over tanks and treatment options. IMHO I would discard the rock and pickup a new Piece of LR. I have learned the hard way with a chunk of LR with aptasia. You will end up spending a lot of time and money trying to remove bryopsis. Hopefully you find the answer you want in moving forward.
