Default PVC Cement ?

After using pvc cement for plumbing, how long must you wait before turning the flow back on to the tank?

1/2 hour max, but I would run other water through it first because there is a lot of fumes in the tube that you don't want in the tank. JMO

I usualy wait for the full cure time on the bottle. Or at least until the fumes have died down. Not sure why, I just have always done it that way.

I'm 5 minutes too but on a home system I might want to wait a bit longer...
