digital timed potentiometer

i think this is in the right forum.
is there someone here that is or knows about i think software technician.
i am looking for somebody that could tell me or do it for a price,a digital timed amperage drive potentiometer.
the reason for this is i am placing it on my LED array to produce dawn dusk for my reef.i will supply you with all information needed.
tried looking for such thing as plug and play NO luck.
