![]() Hello all..
Okay well my tank is doing really well and the GSP's that I got from Beverly are growing (I think that is so cool!!) Any way my question is that I am getting several feather dusters growing on my live rock. I had a few (2 or 3) small heads and maybe 3 large heads when I got the rock but now I can see maybe 100 heads ![]() Is this normal? Is is something to worry about? Do you have to feed them? If it is a problem what can I do about it? Thanks for all your help.

But, really, they aren't a problem unless you think they are. What's beautiful to one person may not be to another. If you want to get rid of them, get a (small) wrasse of some kind. It'll eat 'em up fast. Our beautiful, but ever-hungry, yellow coris wrasse has done in all of our featherdusters in the 42 hex. Darn! |

![]() I have 1000's as well. my sand bed is full of beige ones and my underside of my rock's are packed with small red ones.
When I had my Copperbanded butterfly for about 8 hours it did take care of some of them. Anyway they don't harm anything.

![]() I've got tons and tons of dusters everywhere in my tank. I wouldn't worry about it. I've got them growing on the rock, glass, even inside my skimmer!
