![]() Today I took a glance into my tank and ther are grennish yllow spots on the sand abd thers about 4 big ones Il try and get a photo. Is tish good or bad and Im alsso getting a bunch f fether dusters( i dont like fether dusters at all) HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

![]() If the tank is only 5 days old it's not surprising to see an algae bloom. Heck, my 90 has been up for 5 months and I am still fighting algae.

![]() It defently looks like diatoms. Is ther anything that can kill this like hermits or chemicals and is it good or bad.

![]() Just let your tank cycle. You could reduce lighting a bit and that would help with algae.

![]() Consider setting up an algae refugium with Chaetomorpha. Your tank will go through all kinds of wonderful things as it cycles, diatoms are ugly but harmless
