Sand?

Today I took a glance into my tank and ther are grennish yllow spots on the sand abd thers about 4 big ones Il try and get a photo. Is tish good or bad and Im alsso getting a bunch f fether dusters( i dont like fether dusters at all) HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If the tank is only 5 days old it's not surprising to see an algae bloom. Heck, my 90 has been up for 5 months and I am still fighting algae.

It defently looks like diatoms. Is ther anything that can kill this like hermits or chemicals and is it good or bad.

Just let your tank cycle. You could reduce lighting a bit and that would help with algae.

Consider setting up an algae refugium with Chaetomorpha. Your tank will go through all kinds of wonderful things as it cycles, diatoms are ugly but harmless
