![]() Salifert is the industry standard for test kits with most reefers I believe.
Ammonia & Nitrite should always be at undetectable levels. For sps, nitrate is more of an issue, while LPS & softies can stand a slightly higher level of nitrate. pH should be around 8.2-8.4 range usually. In a smaller tank, all these parameters will be harder to achieve (in general) because of the lower volume for dilution & stability. Hope that helps, Anthony

![]() Can't really say if no more accurate but reason I switched to Salifert fr Hagen was Salifert easier for me to read (and if couldn't read, whatever accuracy won't matter)
