Question about shipping frags

Can anyone advise me about shipping frags.

1. How long can corals and coral frags survive in shipping? Is 24 hours the longest or could they last 2 or 3 days?

2. How crucial is it to maintain a good temperature during shipping, even with insulation the temperature would drop during shipping.

3. How do people usually ship frags, Canada Post or one of the courier services?
