Not looking for a Workhorse. Something like an Advance or Sunlight Supply. Prefer a ballast that is not instant start. Also prefer local pick up. Do not wish to ship at this time.

Your local Wesburne Electric will have the Advanced ballast in stock. P/N ICN-2S54 for about $40.

sunlight supply uses both workhorse and advance in their fixtures.
