Not looking for a Workhorse. Something like an Advance or Sunlight Supply. Prefer a ballast that is not instant start. Also prefer local pick up. Do not wish to ship at this time.

I have a Sunlight Supply New Wave light and it has a workhorse 5.

sunlight supply uses both workhorse and advance in their fixtures.

J&A sells a Sunlight Supply T5 2-54W Fluorescent Ballast for a good price.
