So far I've just been doing the old turkey baster/water change method, sometimes it works sometimes not. The slime really seems to like a few pieces so those that aren't nailed down have been moved along to somewhere else, so far so good. I've been moving the powerheads around in case its due to *gasp* coral growth!
but this stuff is pretty persistent and even when the polyps are waving about the red slime has a pretty good foothold and ain't goin nowhere unless its direct flow.
I'm really hesitant to use the red slime remover at this point. I think I'll just fight the good fight a bit longer as I've had other algaes that were more dastardly than this one, so far I can handle it
