They have fish vets/surgeons or this just another name for a sushi chef
Deb, just gotta one-up everybody again, eh. (jk) Never heard of cutting open a fish to "fix" it. For Asians, we usually only do that to prepare dinner, usually with a little soya sauce, sesame oil & chives.

By the way, how big is this fish if it's going in for surgery?
