terror in my tank
Hope some one can help me. Something is terrorizing my tank at night. When I turn of my m/h and leave on the moon lights my fish are in complete terror. Woke up three mornings ago and my lawnmower...

ballast question
ok there is no such thing as a stupid question ......right? Are all ballasts compatable with metal halide lighting? I was at a hydroponic store where i bought my mag 1200 for a reasonable price and...

similar set up
I have a very similar set up. I use a mag 12 and have put in ball valves on both lines so i can adjust the flow down just a little bit. It took a very little bit of tuning at first but works great....

Had a bad bout of hair algae for a bit there. Firstly removed as much as humanly possible. Used a bottle brush on the end of that stretchy stuff they sell at the hardware store for stringing...

i was wondering if there was a way to install the glass brace while it is full. if i lightly clamped the tank in two places it should provide enough support till the silicone sets up don't you...
