i had a damsil with popeye and i just kept soaking his food in garlic and vitamins (i think either zoe or selcon) and it got better quickly

change some filterfloss and mabey a scoop of sand...

change some filterfloss and mabey a scoop of sand from your 55g tank if possible to seed the bacteria and get things going quicker,thier will still be a cycle period but you could mabey start adding...

in a 10g if you want the water to stay good...

in a 10g if you want the water to stay good enough for the corals limit yourself to mabey 2 small fish,and instead of a powerhead why not get 2 filters to provide flow if you only keep 1 get a mj600...

ive been seeing latley that a lot of clowns get dark blotches when hosting in frogspon's/hammers/torch corals,so it might just be irritating them but i dont really know much about it for shure.

i run a aquaclear 50 filter on both my 7g tanks and the flow is good but you cant control where it goes at all
