yes it's live and only fed twice a day.the beauty about feeding live is that it reproduces and gives a constant feed,and doesn't rot in the tank

filter feeders
i have sun corals,carnations,and sea fans that are open all the time.i usually put in 26 oz of rotifers,and 3 types of phytoplankton daily(2 feedings).sea squirts are also a filter feeder and sponge...
