I once changed the sponges in my canister filter and my skimmer didn't produce any dry skim mate for months. Something to do with the oily residue on the new sponges, even though I had rinsed them...

centre brace issue on 46 g. bow tank
Well, so much for a Happy New Year. I wondered by my tank tonight and noticed that the centre brace had almost snapped right through (at the back of the tank) :redface: which of course really freaks...
